We work with you
We embed with your team long enough to understand the real situation - then work from there. Not with a pre-packaged methodology, but by looking honestly at what’s slowing you down and fixing it: code written, pipelines untangled, oncall burden reduced, teams made more capable.
We care a lot about developer experience, clear and fast feedback loops, sensible defaults and internal platforms that help engineers work with reduced friction instead of fighting tooling.
We’re not a consultancy in the traditional sense. There’s no layer of account managers or junior staff between you and the work. The person you talk to is the one who will be doing it.
We don’t show up to impress you; we show up to be useful. If that means asking naïve questions, admitting we don’t know something or telling you something you might not want to hear, we’ll still do it if it helps you create better software.
Where we typically help
- You want every change to have a clear trail from idea to commit to deployment - and release notes people actually trust.
- Your release process is slow and risky - deploys feel like events, not non-events.
- CI/CD and environments have grown organically into a tangle of scripts and one-off fixes that nobody dares to touch.
- You’re moving toward Kubernetes, cloud-native infrastructure or an internal platform and want guidance from people who’ve done it before.
- You’d like GitOps, infrastructure-as-code and observability to be real working practices, not just words in a slide deck.
- Dev and Ops are still siloed, or you have a senior gap and need a steady experienced hand for a while.
- Your internal developer platform or golden paths are more confusing than helpful - you need someone to make them simpler, safer and actually used.
Get in touch
There is no pitch deck or sales process - just a conversation about what you’re working on and whether we’re a good fit.
We’ll help on the get-go, even before there’s a formal engagement - if that’s useful, we’ll find a way to work together.
